Liquid barrier treatments are a proven, fast-acting solution trusted for protecting homes and businesses from subterranean termites, which are prevalent in Fairfield County’s humid climate. Unlike baiting systems alone, liquid barriers provide an immediate protective zone, making them ideal for active infestations or properties with significant structural risks. When combined with Sentricon® long-term monitoring, our integrated approach ensures comprehensive protection, safeguarding your biggest investment. Exterior: Inspect the perimeter of your property, including foundation walls, soil, and landscaping, for signs of termite activity (e.g., mud tubes, swarmers, or damaged wood) and conditions conducive to infestations, such as moisture accumulation or wood-to-soil contact.

Interior Assessment: Check interior areas, including basements, crawl spaces, attics, and wall voids, for termite damage, frass (termite droppings), or signs of activity, using tools like moisture meters and infrared cameras to detect hidden infestations.

Sentricon Station Monitoring: For properties with Sentricon® bait stations, we open each station (using a secure key) to check bait consumption, inspect for live termites, and replace Recruit® HD bait if needed to ensure continuous protection.

For properties enrolled in our Sentricon® program with annual maintenance, we guarantee the elimination of subterranean termite colonies identified during treatment. If live termites are found in bait stations or on your property during the warranty period, we will provide additional treatments (e.g., above-ground bait stations or spot treatments) at no extra cost until the colony is eliminated. The guarantee is valid for as long as you maintain an active Sentricon® service contract with annual inspections and maintenance, typically renewed yearly.


For properties treated with liquid barriers (e.g., Termidor®), we provide a warranty ensuring protection against new subterranean termite infestations for 5–10 years, depending on the product used and environmental factors. If termites breach the treated zone during the warranty period, we will reapply termiticide in affected areas at no additional cost.
